The challenge

EFL was looking for high speed digital transformation. They were looking for a partner that could help make the most of commercial opportunities by putting data at the heart of decision making. They wanted to create a platform that wouldn’t break down easily and was able to evolve based on user need.

What did we deliver?

We implemented Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM) across 60+ EFL club websites. Additionally, we set up and rolled out 60+ different Google Data Studio dashboards, which we still maintain for our client today. Finally, we ensured a smooth rollout of Google Optimize which meant individual clubs could begin to experiment at scale.
