The origin of our name, our history of delivering transformative work and our culture of celebrating one another’s full self is something we’re pretty proud of. “Kin” refers to ‘family’ and “Carta” refers to ‘maps’.

Things are not so rushed, in fact, those first two hours in the morning, when everyone else is still in bed, is my favorite time of the day. I still use the time to listen to podcasts and in the evening I have been trying to learn to cook ('trying' is definitely the right word to use).”

Kin Accelerator Program (KAP)

Looking to kick-start your career in technical consulting? Designed for recent college or technical bootcamp graduates, the Kin Accelerator Program exists to upskill our future generation of Kin in best-in-class Agile software delivery practices.

Through comprehensive training and community building activities, our cohorts emerge from KAP fully prepared to deliver excellent client service as entry-level analysts in engineering, user experience design or product.
