The Senior Talent Partner role in a nutshell:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist to join our growing Talent team to support our ambitious growth plans. You will ensure Kin + Carta is recognised as a market leader and top talent is recruited through a seamless process to help us continue to build great products.

As a Talent Partner at Kin + Carta you will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment for a number of specialist roles alongside managing talent operations. You’ll play an integral role in shaping and defining the overall talent acquisition strategy alongside the Head of Talent and wider talent team, enabling us to attract, hire and retain the best talent in the market.

As a Senior Talent Partner at Kin + Carta:

  • You’ll join our collaborative and knowledgeable Talent Team who share your passion for hiring and all things people relatedYou’ll be a partner to the business for Kin + Carta’s hiring needs, in order to enable our growth ambitions
  • You’ll own all of the Talent Acquisition processes for a number of permanent roles - setting high standards for speed and quality, whilst ensuring candidate experience and employer brand remain top of mind for all stakeholders
  • You will be a trusted advisor and coach to Kin + Carta’s interviewers and Practice Leads and enhance their interviewing capabilities and hiring decision process
  • You’ll make hiring data-centric; defining, tracking and analysing talent acquisition metrics and external trends to provide practical reports and measurement on the current processes, to enable continuous improvement
  • You’ll drive onsite and offsite candidate events and help to build Kin + Carta’s employer brand strategy in collaboration with our Marketing team
  • You’ll help shape Kin + Carta life and endeavour to make Kin + Carta a better place to work

The type of person we would love to meet:

  • Prior experience of managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from direct sourcing through to role offering and onboarding
  • Proven experience closing candidates, including negotiating compensation packages.
  • A strong understanding of utilising a range of sourcing methodologies to identify and attract top talent
  • A high level of desire to take on initiatives by partnering with other communities here at Kin + Carta to help solve recruitment issues (Meetup’s, Conferences & internal knowledge sharing)
  • Personal commitment to delivering an excellent end to end candidate experience 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, working in a consultative and collaborative manner
  • Experience of working collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
  • An established network of North West Digital tech and Marketing talent
  • Ability to develop weekly and monthly data dashboards from ATS and update on hiring performance and hiring results
  • Strong knowledge of ATS systems (ideally Greenhouse)
