Kin + Carta earns “U.S. Best Large Places to Work” and other regional recognitions on Built In’s 2024 Best Places to Work Awards

Design which reads: Built In's 2023 Best Places to Work

We are excited to announce that Kin + Carta has been honored in Built In’s 2024 Best Places to Work Awards. Specifically, Kin + Carta earned a place on the “U.S. Best Large Places to Work” list, as well as the “Best Places to Work” and “Best Large Places to Work” lists for both Chicago and Colorado. The annual awards program includes companies of all sizes and honors both remote-first employers and companies in the eight largest tech markets across the U.S.

Built In determines the winners of Best Places to Work based on an algorithm, using company data about compensation, benefits and company-wide programming. To reflect the benefits candidates are searching for more frequently on Built In, the program also weighs criteria like remote and flexible work opportunities, programs for DEI and other people-first cultural offerings.

This news comes at a great time for Kin + Carta as it celebrates several significant achievements: receiving Great Place to Work certification in every country it operates in, earning a score of 80 in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index, inaugurating a new office in Colombia, and unveiling new office locations in Portland and Chicago.
