Last week, Kin + Carta announced the opening of its new office in Colombia. Located in one of Bogotá’s tech-focused neighborhoods, the office accommodates approximately 200 employees in a hybrid work model, reflecting the company's modern vision for the future of work.

This expansion to Colombia represents a significant step forward for the company in fulfilling its commitment to delivering excellent work for clients. The country's growing tech ecosystem, cultural compatibility, time zone alignment with the US and highly-skilled tech talent market will allow the firm to continue to produce outcome-based, data-driven solutions that help global clients achieve their goals.

"We are a strategic partner for our clients in achieving success throughout their digital transformation process," said Alberto Domínguez, Managing Director of Kin + Carta Colombia. "We work at the intersection of data, technology and experience to help our clients adapt and thrive in this new era, leveraging the power of data and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.”

With this new office, Kin + Carta strengthens its commitment to developing socially and environmentally responsible environments in Colombia and Latin America at-large. With a focus on gender equity and carbon emissions reduction, Kin + Carta reaffirms its commitment to responsible innovation.

"Our goal is not only to transform our environment but also to inspire others to follow this path towards sustainability," said Domínguez.

Kin + Carta looks forward to contributing to Colombia's dynamic tech landscape and fostering sustainable innovation in collaboration with its talented team and valued clients.
