The Diversity in Tech Awards highlight the achievements of organizations creating a more diverse workplace while striving to narrow the gender gap in the technology sector. The LGBTQ+ Inclusion Award recognizes actions that create an LGBTQ+ friendly workplace and enable talented LGBTQ+ employees to realize their full potential as well as minimizing discrimination.
Kin + Carta is committed to creating a space where employees can bring their authentic selves to work. The LGBTQIA+ Affinity Group, created as part of the firm’s IDEA initiative, is actively involved in the review and creation of company policy to ensure representation and inclusion of the community is thoughtful and intentional. The Affinity Group also provides ongoing training and development of awareness around LGBTQIA+ issues and allyship for all Kin.
