Kerry Penny named a finalist in Gartner’s 2024 CMO of the Year award
We are delighted to announce that Kerry Penny, Senior Vice President of Global Marketing & Employee Value Proposition (EVP) at Kin + Carta, has been named a finalist in Gartner’s Marketing and Communications Awards for 2024 CMO of the Year.
The Gartner Marketing and Communications Awards recognize marketing and communications excellence from professionals around the globe. These awards honor individuals and teams who have achieved significant business outcomes through innovative and strategic marketing initiatives. Being named a finalist is a testament to Kerry’s impact at Kin + Carta.
Kerry’s vision and execution have positioned marketing as a central force in generating demand, providing high-value thought leadership, and delivering enterprise-level growth for Kin + Carta. She restructured the marketing team from three disconnected regional units into a cohesive global center of excellence, aligning regional demand marketers to industry-specific focuses and facilitating the creation of industry squads to serve clients better.
Beyond driving demand, Kerry manages Kin + Carta’s Employee Value Proposition to foster connection among employees. This past year, some of the EVP projects have included opening six new offices globally, launching an employee swag store, and introducing a brand new employee recognition program.
We are immensely proud of Kerry’s achievements. Following the recent acquisition news, as Kin + Carta merges with Valtech, Kerry’s leadership and brand knowledge will be instrumental as we work to merge both brands, ensuring a seamless transition and continued growth for the organization.
