We are thrilled to share that Kin + Carta has been named to two culture excellence awards by Top Workplaces, specifically for the recognition of being Woman-Led and our DEI Practices. 

These awards are based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection.

Kin + Carta’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Awareness (IDEA) strategic program is guided by five ambitions, one of which is to create an environment where employees feel they can bring their authentic selves to work. The IDEA and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) teams work together to bring this ambition to life. 

 
It’s great to see the advocacy that our IDEA program encourages turn into real policy decisions that impact the entire firm. We’re always moving towards the goal of becoming a truly inclusive workplace, and our IDEA-sponsored affinity groups provide not only a community within Kin + Carta but also an avenue to work with leadership directly on that goal.

Most recently, the IDEA program introduced three new global policies meant to ensure our Kin feel included and able to be their authentic selves. These included our Travel for Medical Care, Medical and Surgical Leave and Transitioning at Work policies.
