We are happy to share that Kin + Carta has been named a “Top Workplace” in New York City for the first time.

Top Workplaces explores how organizations create and sustain a positive and productive culture. A “top workplace” is successful because its employees enjoy their work, embrace their mission and feel like valued teammates. The final winners list is based entirely on employee feedback, collected via an anonymous survey distributed to all eligible employees.
