We are excited to share that Kin + Carta has been named to five culture excellence awards by Top Workplaces, specifically across the categories of: Compensation and Benefits, Leadership, Innovation, Work-Life Flexibility & Purpose and Values.

These awards are based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection.

I love my job because I get to use current technologies and work with a variety of teams and teammates. It’s here where I am in control of my time. I am able to choose which tasks need more of my time and attention today, and which tasks can be done later. This makes me able to do my job to the best of my ability.

Kin + Carta empowers its Kin to perform their best and to contribute to creating a world that works better for everyone. This happens through investing in a supportive and inclusive workplace — one where employees can freely express their true selves and work together in a collaborative environment. The employee value proposition (EVP) team is one such group tasked with making improvements across the business that are aligned to rewards and recognition, professional growth, personal well-being, purpose and culture. These investments and continuous improvements are how Kin + Carta continues to be named a best place to work.

I'm continuously impressed by the efforts Kin + Carta places on having an inclusive, engaging and highly-connected workplace. There are a lot of people who exert a high amount of effort in creating processes, putting on events and taking care of the small things to support our employee and client experiences. Through this, it's been made clear to me that while the work I do is appreciated, it is me and my well-being that comes first. Kin + Carta not only can say that it is the best place to work, but we really strive to walk the walk by putting people, budget and opportunity in place to make it happen.
