Kin + Carta named #24 to Chicago Tribune’s 2022 Top Workplaces
We are delighted to share that, for the fifth year in a row, Kin + Carta has been named a “Top Workplace” by the Chicago Tribune, ranking #24 on its midsize 2022 Top Workplaces list.
Top Workplaces explores how organizations create and sustain a positive and productive culture. A “top workplace” is successful because its employees enjoy their work, embrace their mission and feel like valued teammates. The final winners list is based entirely on employee feedback, collected via an anonymous survey distributed to all eligible employees.
