Kin + Carta earns “Best Large Company to Work For” in Chicago, New York City, and Colorado on Built In’s 2022 Best Places To Work Awards

We are excited to announce Kin + Carta was honored in Built In’s 2022 Best Places To Work Awards. Specifically, Kin + Carta earned a place on Chicago’s list for "100 Best Places to Work" and "Best Large Companies to Work For"; New York City’s list for "100 Best Places to Work" and "Best Large Companies to Work For"; and Colorado’s list for "100 Best Places to Work," "Best Large Companies to Work For," and "Best Perks & Benefits". The annual awards program includes companies of all sizes and honors both remote-first employers as well as companies in the eight largest tech markets across the U.S.

Built In determines the winners of Best Places to Work based on an algorithm, using company data about compensation, benefits and company-wide programming. To reflect the benefits candidates are searching for more frequently on Built In, the program also weighs criteria like remote and flexible work opportunities, programs for DEI and other people-first cultural offerings.

This news comes on the heels of a great year for Kin + Carta as it became the first publicly-traded company on the London Stock Exchange to achieve a B Corp certification, celebrated the first year of its inclusion, diversity and equity awareness (IDEA) program, committed its workforce to a hybrid working model, unveiled a new Denver office location and grew its employee headcount by adding 461 new roles.
