Kin + Carta named #38 to Chicago Tribune’s 2021 Top Workplaces

We are pleased to announce that Kin + Carta was named a “Top Workplace” by the Chicago Tribune, ranking #38 among the more than 350 organizations who signed up to participate.

Top Workplaces measures four culture imperatives alongside “the basics.” Some of the evaluated areas include company vision and values, meaningful work, employee appreciation, employee development, benefits and leadership. Its rankings are based entirely on employee feedback, collected via a survey distributed to all eligible employees.

“Kin + Carta has an incredible mix of diverse talent, matched to a culture that genuinely respects its employees,” said one of the anonymous employees who completed the Top Workplaces survey. “Plus world-class clients and innovative, fun work.”

Kin + Carta is committed to fostering a culture where everyone can be their most authentic self, something that will continue to fuel the company’s growth.

“As a company that puts people first, this is a great distinction,” said Kelly Manthey, Group Chief Executive at Kin + Carta Americas. “It validates our mission of building a world that works better for everyone, and that starts with our employees. Receiving this honor straight from our Kin gives me great pride.”
