Become a maker, builder or creator as we explore the possibilities of sustainable digital technology, helping clients to rapidly innovate, modernize their systems, enable their teams, and optimize for continued growth.

We focus on tech but we’re a proudly inclusive business with trust and human connection at its heart. People, the planet, and profit matter equally to us which is why we’re a certified B Corporation in the United States and Europe.

About our Design team

As part of the team, you'll be working on products, services, and experiences for some of the world’s most influential companies. UX Researchers through Product Designers, Copywriters, and Campaign Creatives work in dedicated teams. Anyone who has worked at a startup, product company, or creative digital agency will feel right at home. We are involved from planning through to execution, being an advocate for the user at every step of the way. You'll help the team to make informed design decisions, placing the needs of the user and the business at the center of every piece of work.

About you

You’re primarily focused on human-centered design, backed by a broad knowledge of design patterns, art direction, iconography, typography, and colour theory. You can evidence a strong portfolio and experience in delivering projects across web and native apps. Experience evidenced in other digital channels/platforms is also welcomed. You’re concepting and visualizing solutions in response to the problems, ideas, and opportunities you help extract from users and partners. You drive your design decisions and rationalise them using research data, design principles, prototypes and the resulting user-testing insights. You’re most effective when collaborating with engineers, strategists and other team members to respond to the constraints of any project.
