The role in a nutshell:

Human resource information systems (HRIS) analysts will oversee our Dayforce databases, software, and computer systems that K+C uses to manage our people data. Duties include analyzing HRIS systems, monitoring performance, and resolving issues. You may also be required to assist EXBPs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works in partnership with EX operations managers and EX process stakeholders
  • Works within Freshservice ticketing system, and to our defined SLA, to acknowledge and resolve issues, escalating to the HRIS Manager as required
  • Supports workflow management through Freshservice
  • Analyzing HRIS performance metrics and resolving application issues.
  • Supporting the HRIS Manager in performing application upgrades, as well as providing training and technical support.
  • Developing and implementing new processes in partnership with EX managers to drive efficiencies. 
  • Optimizing HRIS processes, integrating new software, workflow development and performing unit/integral tests.
  • Support EXBP’s with writing reports in Dayforce
  • Supporting HRIS Manager in approved system developments
  • Supported by HRIS Manager; translate business objectives and user needs into clearly written technical requirements
  • Support the roll out of Dayforce across all regions of the business

The type of person we'd love to meet:

  • 4 - 5 years technical experience on SaaS software 
  • 2 - 3 years working as an Analyst with any HRIS
  • Consultative approach, experience working with various stakeholders to offer/create solutions and solve problems.
  • Customer focused, a relationship builder with impeccable communication skills who possesses the ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders 
  • Strong English language skills 
  • Effective prioritisation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Strong listening skills 

Desirable skills and experience 

  • Experience of working with Ceridian Dayforce
  • Experience of working in global teams
