The role in a nutshell

In an exciting opportunity to build on our growing content offering, we're on the hunt for a creative ideas person to join our customer engagement Practice. While content is everywhere, effective content is still not pervasive, so as part of a team of content managers you will focus on development of ideas that put the customer first, not the channel. You’ll be someone who can craft “the hook” – the angle that makes consumers sit up and take notice. Someone who’ll deliver content that serves a purpose and creates an impact. 

What you can expect

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing campaign and content strategies 
  • As a social media savvy person you will be aware of trends and innovations on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram & YouTube etc
  • Experience of web, outreach, PR and crm content will go a long way too
  • You’ll be able to generate imaginative ideas that can be integrated across multiple channels using the latest techniques to reach and engage a variety of audiences
  • Fluent in effective use of paid social to constantly innovate and push new ideas and formats 
  • You’ll work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • You’ll possess a good understanding of digital analytics and social media monitoring tools to identify trends and provide insight into channel performance
  • You’ll be able to establish KPIs and measure the success of campaigns

The type of person we’d love to meet 

  • Experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role in a digital/ PR or creative agency.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram and other social media best practice
  • Understanding of paid social media 
  • Experience of conducting research
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Obsession with detail and accuracy is vital

After submitting your application, if successful, someone from the Talent team will be in touch for a chat about your experience and vision for your future role. If they think your experience matches well to the role you will be invited to meet members of our Delivery Team.

If successful after this stage, you will be invited back for a an interview with our Head of Department.
