The role in a nutshell

A copywriter is a storyteller who has a love of words and uses their skills to create a narrative, strengthen brand identities, promote products/services for clients and push forward a creative brief. 

You will have a deep understanding of the ways copy can help clients achieve their aims and influence consumers by delivering clear, concise messages, as well as using your initiative to seek out new trends and incorporate them into creative work effectively. You’ll use your powers of skill and persuasion to sell concepts to clients; developing and maintaining a positive working relationship.

What you can expect

  • Collaborate and support the team to execute tailored creative solutions for new and existing clients.
  • Develop trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as an ambassador for the creative credibility and process of the creative team.
  • Help lead internal and external brainstorming sessions across visual and copy with other members of the creative team.
  • The ability to apply an existing tone of voice into every sentence and then further flex that tone across social channels.
  • Develop creative strategies that are forward-thinking and in-line with current media trends, forging and executing exciting digital ideas.
  • Ability to present to, inspire and fire the imagination of new and existing clients.

The type of person we’d love to meet 

  • Previous experience as a Copywriter.
  • Highly imaginative hands on creative thinker curious about clients' products or services.
  • Strong understanding of creative copywriting and good understanding of the end to end creative process. 
  • Possess the ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritise work and meet client deadlines working with other team members.
  • Able to inspire high creative confidence of internal and external stakeholders.
