Kin + Carta named to five culture excellence awards by Top Workplaces
We are excited to share that Kin + Carta has been named to five culture excellence awards by Top Workplaces, specifically across the categories of: Compensation and Benefits, Leadership, Innovation, Work-Life Flexibility & Purpose and Values.
These awards are based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection.
I love my job because I get to use current technologies and work with a variety of teams and teammates. It’s here where I am in control of my time. I am able to choose which tasks need more of my time and attention today, and which tasks can be done later. This makes me able to do my job to the best of my ability.
