The role in a nutshell

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Service Manager to join an established multi-disciplinary team. You will be working with internal teams such as Client Services, Project Management, Front and Back End Developers. In this role you will manage the support function for several clients and their websites. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and who has a real passion for modern technology and for providing a high quality service.

What you can expect

  • To  provide timely solutions to client’s problems, build sustainable and continuous relationships with clients, show initiative and drive when dealing with client requests.
  • Ability to delegate and direct client requests.
  • Scheduling and managing internal resources and external stakeholders 
  • Being responsible for the delivery of high quality work to our clients on time, and on budget.
  • Experience in end to end project management.
  • Ability to communicate across internal teams to manage service delivery, where issues arise, owning and managing the plan to conclusion.
  • To demonstrate a high level of technical ability and confident leading technical conversations with clients.
  • Generating financial and service reports for clients and senior management
  • Manages client requests against the agreed company SLA’s

The type of person we would love to meet 

  • Experience of working in a technical Web Design and Build environment 
  • Strong demonstrable evidence of client management 
  • Commitment to the principle of continuous improvement 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Working knowledge of relevant software, including spreadsheets and Salesforce
  • Budget management.
  • Previous Project Management or Client Services experience preferable
  • Diligent and detail oriented.
