You'll be a senior business leader across multiple projects / clients / agencies – you’ll ensure seamless client servicing through consistent delivery of brilliant work. You’ll be a strategic partner for your clients, not only being able to solve your client’s problems but being able to identify and articulate the problems they never knew they had. You’ll add real value – always looking to deliver against the longer-term business goals for your clients.
You'll foster strong relationships with senior clients to provide strategic guidance and deliver excellent service – accountable for the strength of the partnership, being responsive and proactive to deliver ‘core and more.
You'll lead, develop and own your Account Plans – working closely with Practice Leads/Portfolio Director to ensure an aligned vision and roadmap exists for your accounts which the whole business can get behind and track against. Be seen as the trusted go-to leader for longer-term direction on your accounts.
You'll Drive account growth – seeking out new opportunities and developing winning proposals to grow your accounts
You'll manage Account Executive and/or Account Manager and/or Senior Account Manager and/or Account Director and/or Senior Account Director level colleagues, where appropriate, providing ongoing mentorship and development to inspire and motivate
You'll maintain clear, regular communication with your Portfolio Director and broader account teams regarding the long-term vision and strategic direction of your accounts – to ensure that the team working across your accounts are all pulling in the right direction and understand the role they play
You'll provide clear strategic direction – both internally and with clients, being a leader who can guide and inspire, pulling on the specialisms within Kin + Carta to galvanise your team around the strategic direction for your accounts
You'll represent Kin + Carta to the outside world - feel confident representing our offering and work collaboratively with team members from across the business and specialisms, seeking out opportunities to work together and add more value for our clients
You'll oversee and control of all commercials across your accounts – ongoing finance planning, ensuring profitability and efficiency, tracking against annual targets and identifying opportunities to plug any revenue gaps ahead of time
You'll manage and monitoring the overall direction and commercials on your account portfolio, you will work in close partnership with your Programme Manager / Lead with shared responsibilities outlined below:
- Client Services Lead: Financial analysis of growth/opportunity/target, competitor analysis, growing into new areas of business, account planning/targeting and client relationship
- Programme Manager / Lead: Financial analysis of account running (e.g. overhead spend/margin), delivered projects against target, strategically advising teams on different ways to deliver (e.g. agile, sprint, waterfall), driving ways of working with persistence, building relationships with clients
