About You

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Project Manager to join the Kin + Carta Delivery team, working on some of key comms clients. 

You love digital and the fast pace of global digital marketing and are keen to continually learn and be challenged. You have passion for technology and have a good appreciation of how this can be played into campaigns to underpin success / performance metrics. You are well respected for your communication skills, both spoken and written. You are positive, known as the ‘go-to’ person for digital campaigns/innovations and love working in a team environment.


The Role

  • You will work closely with the client services, production, strategy, creative and CX teams to manage the delivery of social media assets from initial briefing.
  • You’ll also be responsible for leading delivery for one of our largest comms clients, so an understanding of digital channels and formats is essential.
  • As a Project Manager in the Kin + Carta team, you’ll act as a vital day-to-day conduit between multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the seamless day-to-day management of clients, projects and relationships.
  • You will develop project plans that identify resource needs and you will  book the right resources at the right time and clearly briefing team members, within multidisciplinary teams. You will also handle new requests and changes to plans
  • You’ll have a sound understanding of commercials, appreciating that the way you deliver for your clients has an impact on the wider agency performance, and you’ll work with other Project Managers and Senior Account Leads to ensure your revenue plans are running on track.
  • Review quality of deliverables with the team 
  • You’ll translate client requirements into project scope and deliverables.
  • Working to remove barriers to team progress and performance and looking for ways to improve
  • Management of the relevant project tools (Jira, Trello etc)   


Skills & competencies

  • You will have proven experience of digital campaign delivery, for at least 2 years, across a range of channels.
  • You will have strong experience delivering social media campaigns. Experience with display and DOOH is also desirable.
  • As a project manager you will be process driven and will have the ability to adopt latest strategies and tools to increase productivity
  • You’ll demonstrate a solid and successful ability to deliver on multiple projects. You’ll be able to manage the complexities of working with different agency teams/disciplines, ensuring you’re seen as the invaluable trusted, considered and approachable ‘doer’ in the team.
  • With experience in a project management role, you will have excellent communications skills, must be adept at managing and building client relationships, and reporting on the status of projects.
  • You’ll have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently lead and attend client meetings with other agencies and maintain strong working relationships with both other agencies and third parties.
  • You will have the ability to directly manage client expectations and be confident to help them prioritise.
  • You will be well organised, with expert planning skills throughout the project/campaign lifecycle, and be fluent working in a fast paced environment. 
  • You’ll also have previous experience using Jira and Trello or similar tools.
  • A strong drive and desire to learn new skills
