About the role

We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team to contribute to our work for a range of clients that include Expedia and Sunlife.

Project Managers are highly valued members of our team and provide servant leadership for our solution teams. Always client-facing, the Project Manager will support our teams in agile ways of working and continuous improvement.

Demonstrating proficiency in digital environments, the Project Manager will work closely with strategic, creative and technology practices to ensure we focus on business impact and deliver continuous value for our clients.

What you'll do day-to-day

  •   Facilitate internal and external communication and collaboration including 
  •   Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, planning meetings, retrospectives and backlog prioritisation
  •   Working to remove barriers to team progress and performance
  •   Management of the relevant project tools (Jira, Trello etc)   
  •   Internal and external administration and reporting on progress and financial status
  •   Work with casting teams to ensure that you have the right resource allocations
    • Handle new requests and changes to plans
    • Support client services colleagues in development and estimation of new proposals and the creation of Statements of Work
  • Creation and management of project plans/delivery roadmaps 

 What we need

  •     Experience of working in agile teams delivering high value digital products
  •     A proponent of servant leadership who puts the team first
  •     A passion for continuous improvement
  •     Good  knowledge of a range of delivery methodologies, including Scrum, AgilePM,  Waterfall
  •     Proven ability to apply strong agile theoretical understanding to a delivery situation
  •     Ability to focus at all times on business value
  •     Excellent interpersonal communication skills and an ability to motivate and influence
  •     Excellent stakeholder management with an ability to communicate effectively within large organisations
  •     Brilliant problem-solving and analytical skills
  •     Proven organisational and planning skills with the ability to make things happen
  •     Emotional intelligence and self-awareness

Desirable but not Essential

  •       Exposure to complex Content Management Systems
  •       Experience in the banking/finance industry
  •       Proficiency in Jira 

The Team

You will be joining a successful Delivery squad who’ve worked with these clients and others for a number of years. We run data-led digital platform enhancement and improvement programmes which means there are a variety of requirements in our backlogs.
