Kin + Carta earns “Best Large Place to Work” in Chicago, New York City and Colorado on Built In’s 2023 Best Places To Work Awards

Design that reads: Built In's 2023 Best Large Places to Work

We are excited to announce that Kin + Carta has been recognized in Built In’s Best Places To Work Awards. Specifically, Kin + Carta earned a place on Chicago, New York City and Colorado’s lists for "Best Large Places to Work,” as well as Colorado’s “Best Places to Work” list.

Built In determines the winners of their award lists based on an algorithm using company data about compensation, benefits and company-wide programming. The program also weighs criteria like remote and flexible work opportunities, programs for DEI and other people-first cultural offerings as these are the most searched for benefits by candidates looking for a new job.

As Kin + Carta continues to grow, its Employee Value Proposition (EVP) team is dedicated to the programs, processes and experiences that create a best place to work. The firm’s leadership team listens to employee feedback and defines improvements across the business that are aligned to the EVP focuses, including rewards and recognition, professional growth, personal well-being and purpose and culture.

Since joining Kin + Carta, I have not looked back. I can truly share that working in consulting alongside this group of smart individuals has been so much fun. It’s the breath of fresh air that I needed in my career.
