Kin + Carta named to four culture excellence awards by the US National Top Workplaces

We are excited to announce that Kin + Carta has been named to four culture excellence awards by the US National Top Workplaces program, specifically for the recognition of being  Woman-Led and investing in programs that advance Employee Appreciation, Employee Well-Being and Professional Development.

These awards are based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection.
