Omar Shanti is a Senior Technical Consultant and the Labs Lead at Kin + Carta. In 2021 he was recognized personally by BuiltIn among its national list of Tech Innovators for his achievements in fostering an award-winning culture of innovation. The same year, Kin + Carta was recognized by Fast Company as #23 on its Best Workplaces for Innovators list, thanks in large part to the efforts of the Labs organization.
