Salesforce Operations Analyst

The opportunity

The role

We’re seeking a rising star to join us as a Salesforce Operations Coordinator contributing to the efficiency and success of our Operations team. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations, the Salesforce Operations Coordinator will join Kin + Carta’s commitment to delivering quality software through an engaging and delightful experience to our clients, as well as support our Project and Client Leads. The Salesforce Operations Coordinator will work with others in our Operations Team to ensure accurate data and timely updates to our Salesforce system as well as other systems and processes.

The Salesforce Operations Coordinator role requires attention to detail, the ability to locate and fix missing information, and manage multiple priorities:

 

Role responsibilities

  • Create project assignments and update them when requested.
  • Work to align resources without current assignments to internal work.
  • Perform audits on estimated vs. actual hours for resources on projects.
  • Make sure Salesforce aligns with the sold project details by coordinating with. fellow Operations team members.
  • Check reports to find wrong or incomplete data and investigate to have them all corrected/added in Salesforce.
  • Off-board employees from Salesforce.
  • Update Salesforce with long-term leave information.
  • Conduct Salesforce training as required.
  • Coordinate training for engineers based in the US and LatAm

 

Minimum qualifications

  • Salesforce experience required.
  • Experience using the Google Suite or Microsoft Office required.
  • A detail-oriented nature, able to find incorrect or missing information.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Ongoing process improvement and an eye for inefficiencies.
