Agile Delivery Lead - Operations Platform

The opportunity

The role

We are seeking an Agile Delivery Lead for our Operations Platform to support its continued transformation and evolution. Our Operations Platform is composed of our  IT, Finance, Employee Experience Ops (HR), and Legal functions. These highly-critical functions are responsible for driving efficient, data-driven business operations across the Connective. This role will report to the Operations Platform Program Manager.

Role responsibilities

    • Cultivating an Agile culture that results in continuous improvement of our implementation and evolution of our Operations Platform initiatives and programs. 
    • Ensure the successful delivery and business outcomes of assigned projects, programs, and initiatives across the Operations Platform.
    • Working closely with Operations Platform Leadership team to connect workstreams, identify/manage dependencies, and drive efficiencies
    • Scrum various projects spanning our Operations Platform in collaboration with the Operations Platform Leadership team and Operations Platform Program Manager. Role expectations include: 

Minimum qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Scrum Master certification


Preferred Qualifications

  • Solid experience using project management tools such as JIRA
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex implementation projects in a fast paced and dynamic environment with the ability to quickly pivot when required
  • A leader that is proactive and demonstrates flexibility, being inclusive, and approachable
