The role

Kin + Carta is looking to hire a Salesforce Product Support Analyst to join our internal development team. If you are an innovator, passionate about data, analytics, customer experience and new technologies, and look to continually learn and enjoy sharing expertise, read on! 

As a Salesforce Product Support Analyst you will be part of our Global Salesforce Team serving an organization of 1500+ Kin working towards our mission of making the Connective work better by augmenting people and processes through Digital. You will be driving adoption throughout the organization and continuously learning new skills. Furthermore you will be assigned projects related to our Salesforce Team objectives continually supporting you to grow within the business. We will leverage your talent and skills to help us create the conditions where empowered teams, excellent work, and continuous improvement emerge. 

 

Role responsibilities

  • Collaborates, communicates and solicits feedback from team and customers to keep them aware and informed of progress on Tier 1 requests and system features
  • Delivers, services, and supports our Kin through smart, fast, and reliable response to Salesforce Tier 1 requests using available Salesforce knowledge base, resources and team
  • Administrates, configures, and supports Tier 1 Salesforce requests made by our Kin to efficiently run our operations and deliver for our clients
  • Understands, coordinates and administers Salesforce team policies, processes and procedures
  • Supports and contributes to the continuous Improvement of our Salesforce services, training, documentation, processes, policies and procedures
  • Escalates when blocked or requiring support for completing a task
  • Continuously learns and develops skills in Salesforce Administration
  • Contributes in the development of business requirements for new features in collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Supports team in quality assurance on system enhancements and new feature sets delivered to our Kin  
  • Manages communication and change management in release of system enhancements and new feature releases
